  10. 1)  This is not a democracy.  You are our guest and you are expected to act
  11.     as a good and gracious visitor. You may expect the same treatment in
  12.     return. By using this system, it is understood that you agree to all these
  13.     rules.

  16.     approve of software piracy or phone phreaking.   When in doubt, rule 1
